Technical Support Specialist for a client in Östersund!

Are you technically inclined and passionate about customer service? Do you want to work in an international environment and become part of a professional support team? Barona is now looking for a Technical Support Specialist for a consulting assignment with our client in Östersund!

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a consultant with Barona for the first six months, with the ambition to transition to a permanent position with the client thereafter.

About the role

In the role of Technical Support, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience for thousands of users around the world. Together with your colleagues in Östersund, you will work with technical support and ensure that our client's platform operates smoothly for their users.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and handle first-line support

• Document customer interactions and cases in Zendesk

• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues

• Troubleshoot technical problems, from basic network monitoring to analyzing application behaviors using development tools

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Experience in helpdesk, service desk, or technical customer support

• A technical interest and understanding of IT-related issues

• Basic knowledge of scripting and coding is a plus

• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English.

• A customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team
